If you are travelling on the tournament days only, BMW Australia & New Zealand will cover the cost of a return economy flight for all BMW Golf Cup qualifiers from your home port (where your dealership is based), arriving in Adelaide on Sunday 13th October, and departing on Wednesday 16th October 2024. Group flights will be booked on your behalf. Should you wish to travel outside the group dates or change home port or destination, additional airfare charges will incur, which will be at your own expense. Any requests for flight changes are subject to availability.
If you wish to travel outside the group dates, you will incur additional airfare charges, including any airline re-issue fees and fare differences once tickets are issued. Any requests for flight changes are subject to availability.
Your partner/guest’s airfare costs will be at your own expense. We recommend that you book your Partner/Guest Flights directly with the airline to ensure that any refunds/travel credits are kept in your name.
Destination Events is able to assist with your partner/guest’s flights.

BMW Australia & New Zealand will arrange group airport transfers as below:
Sunday, 13th October 2024: from Adelaide airport to Sofitel Adelaide
Wednesday, 16th October 2024: from Sofitel Adelaide to Adelaide airport
These will coincide with specific group flights booked (if applicable).
If your partner/guest travels on the same group flights with you on group arrival date (13th October 2024), and/or group departure date Wednesday, 16th October 2024, group airport transfers will be accommodated for your partner/guest as well.
Outside Program Dates
Airport transfers outside program dates are your responsibility.
Below baggage allowance will be arranged for all qualifiers with Group Flights:

All travellers with domestic connections will need to collect their bags upon landing in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane on their return in order to complete customs and immigration procedures.
(for New Zealand Qualifiers ONLY)
A current passport is required for travel to Australia. New Zealand passport holders do not need to apply for a visa to enter Australia.
Australia requires that your passport must be valid only for the period of your intended travel in and out of Australia. There is no requirement for your passport to be valid for six months after your travel.

Please also confirm with New Zealand immigration if you also need a visa or permit to re-enter New Zealand.
