Partner/Guest Hospitality
Your partner/guest is welcome to attend the official Welcome Function on Monday, 13th October 2025 and the Awards Dinner on Tuesday, 14th October 2025.
The partner/guest lunch will be held on Monday, 13th October 2025.
Children (under 18 years of age) are not permitted at any of these functions.
The 2025 BMW Golf Cup National Final will be held at The Pines at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club (Men's A and Dealer Host Game) and The Links Golf & Wellbeing at Hope Island (Ladies & Men’s B ).

The Links Golf & Wellbeing
The Links Golf & Wellbeing at Hope Island is one of Australia’s premier championship golf courses, offering a world-class playing experience in the heart of the Gold Coast. Caddies
Caddies are not permitted on the day of the National Final.
Registration
Please use the personalised registration link in your invitation to register for the tournament. Should your circumstances change, such that you are no longer able to compete, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may extend the opportunity to another qualifier.
Please note that if you are unable to attend the event, you will officially withdraw from the competition and forfeit your position in the event. Your place will be extended to the next placegetter and there is no reversal of this decision once confirmed.
